Hi everyone!!! I am so sorry for the delay on our WEEK 2 CHALLENGE!!!! I have had a very busy week!!! I also would like to apoligize for the poor quality of the video
Not sure what my son did to the settings on my webcam, but I did not have time to try and fuss with it. I hope everyone enjoys our WEEK 2 Challenge!!!

Great challenge! However, I wish it started today because today is the best cardio day I have EVER had! Oh well.....hopefully Im not too sore tmw and am able to get some more in0

I will do my best on putting on here what I have been doing. Also, I probably will not get to work out a lot this next week. Today, I had an appointment for my daughter for her eye and they had to squeeze her in, so we sat in a doctors office for over 1 hour. Then they decided to send her to an eye doctor to have them do tests on her eye, so I won't have a Monday morning workout. Also I work all day on Sunday and I usually don't do anything for those days because I have to be up at 5:45am, so I can be to work by 8, and I won't get off until they decide to let us leave; that could be 6:15, but it could also be 6:45pm, so I won't get home until after 7. So I am already sorry to my teammate for this week because it is not starting out well.0
