  • Sorry team one ... guess I'm not just a good team player. Vacation last week and sick this week. Minimal exercise to log, just a little walking, but at least I'm losing weight. Anxious to see if I can do better on next week's tasks.

  • Yesterday (9/25) exercise calories was 215 calories burnt. I cleaned yesterday morning but I didn't include those calories. I will be exercising again this afternoon, so I will try to remember to post on here. I've actually had a bad week of exercising because I usually exercise on Monday and Wednesday mornings and I was unable to.

    I also got atleast 80 oz. of water a day

    I only count my workouts... So this was done on either the tredmil, elliptical or a bike. Along with lifting. Nice burn everyone. Some of these numbers are amazing!!
  • For this mornings burn it was 446 calories from running outdoors. I really thought I had ran more than that, but I will take it. I still have one more workout for today.
  • Here's my grand total for the week.

    310 minutes of walking = 1133 calories

    Here is my breakdown for the whole week:

    Friday: Walking 3.0 mph - 45 min = 195 Cals
    Sunday: Hip Hop Abs - 30 min = 285 Cals &
    Walk 2.0 mph - 20 min = 66 Cals
    Tuesday: Walking 3.0 mph - 40 min = 173 Cals
    Thursday: Walking 3.0 mph - 40 min = 172 Cals

    Total : 891 Cals

    I know a lot of you burn that in 1 Workout but for me anything is better than nothing :)
