I got my patches in today, which I may start it tomorrow or on the 1st of the month. I am not sure why, but I know I will miss smoking. It is what I usually do when I am bored, lonely, angry, happy (well almost anything I do I smoke). I am hoping this works, because this is the first time I am using medication to quit this time. Wish me luck, I know this is going to be a hard road to follow, especially since everyone else smokes around here

Good luck. It's probably the best decision you will ever make. If you want to see the risks of smoking, I posted a warning message on this group board a few days ago.0
