Hands-free leash?

I've been running with my dog occasionally, and I'm thinking about getting a hands-free leash. Does anybody have experience with one, and have suggestions or recommendations? She's good on the leash (a harness, actually) now, and doesn't pull, but I'd rather not have to hold her leash in my hand as I run.
This article mentioned three, which I'm looking into:

Thanks!

Hi - I'm not sure about a hands free leash, just in case something caught their eyes or nose and they might run off. I use a caribinger to hook onto my belt when I'm running.0

Oh, that's a good DIY alternative, yah. The "hands-free" leashes attach to a belt, so you've come up with a very similar -- and cheaper -- alternative. Thanks!0
