Should I Start Over

It has taken me forever to get through this. I started early June and I am still only in week 9. I thought I would knock out the last four weeks quickly, but I've already missed a few days and I'm thinking about just going back to the beginning

I think I would get more satisfaction out of finishing it once (no matter how long it took) rather than starting over. I think the mental hurdle of finishing is important. You can always go back to the beginning after you've completed the program, with the goal of being more determined and better about doing it consistently.0

I realized that I don't like workouts 9 and 10 and so I'm not motivated to do them. Maybe I just need to run for a few days and do something else for the moment, and go back to it when I'm feeling it.0
