Women and muscles

Girls, what sort of body are you aiming for? (guys, feel free to have a view!) I realised looking at some of the before pics that i don't have a clear idea of what I want to look like (photos of back, what muscles are women supposed to have in their backs?!)

Looking at bodybuilding sites, I don't want to look anywhere near that muscular. I think the closest to how I want to look is the fitness amateurs. How about everyone else? Do the guys all have the same basic goal?

I can't post photos cos I am away but will when I get home so you can get a better idea of where I am at.

I know im not a woman, but this is Zoe Smith, a OLY lifter in the womens 58kg class. You'll notice she's not a massive roid beast and maintains her femininity. Would Waifu

  • Agreed with foxy. Knew you'd post her lol!!

There is definitely a middle ground between no lifting and the man-women you generally see.

The only way 99.9% of women can get BB type muscle is with roids. They just don't have enough testosterone

Thanks for the replies! I don't think I am going to get too muscular, especially as I don't lift! But I just was interested to know what others are aiming for so I can work it out.

The simply shredded site is down atm. The photo above is probably a little more than I am going for. Fakeplastic tree is closer.

Ok, I am back from hols this week so if I hit it hard between now and end of october I will be pretty close. There is no tkd niw for holidays for two weeks and after my race in mid october i can cut my running down and try some lifting. I will post a current pic this week when I can upload one. I can't do it from my phone (although I don't know why not )
