End of week 1 of (2nd) Reset- and HAPPY 2nd BREAKFAST DAY!

So today is the end of my first week in reset mode.

Im trying to avoid getting on the scale. Period.

Mental thoughts as of last night/this morning:

I woke up feeling like I have a "food-baby" so I am in bloat mode.

Second thought- omg, why did i start this two weeks before i have to be on stage for a belly dance showcase in full costume. (Oh well, I'll deal with any bloat as it comes)

and third

HAPPY 75th Anniversary to the First Publishing of the Hobbit! That means- today is Second BReakfast Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Which i figured is VERY appropriate around here!!! :)

    LOL. I just re-read the hobbit a couple of weeks ago. I love second breakfasts!

    I hear you on the scale. I was traveling this week and I am up 3 lbs from when I left. Oh well. Fluid shifts happen. And your bloat WILL subside. Keep pushing H2O, it definitely helps me, anyway.
