Day 6

So today I did Day 6 of Level 1. My calves have been hurting like crazy- can't make it all the way through the jumping jacks/jump rope circuit without pausing for 5 seconds. But everything else is getting easier. I even did 10 pushups in a row today, which is a new record for me! Yesterday I did 7. Then afterwards I slathered my calves and shins in Bengay!!!

still am sucking at the push ups, but the rest is getting easier. today i got halfway through and realized there was nothing else i was DREADING doing for the rest of the workout. it was a good feeling
i'm losing motivation though...today i almost didn't do it at all... hoping to get motivated again for this coming week.

I took yesterday off and finished day 6 today. My goal is to finish level 1 this week. I got thru a lot more of the cardio sessions today and more pushups. I must say even after 5 days I can see a difference in my body and that's motivation to keep going :-)0
