I don't need to hear it AGAIN and AGAIN! I try to skip it but it won't let me! Argh!

    No getting around it :(
    I sometimes mute it and try to do extra stretches during this time.

    Ugh...I know. It's soooo annoying!
    I try to save this time to put my shoes on...but my HRM watch on ....pull my hair back.

    Would be NICE to have the option to skip it!!!

    It won"t LET me fast forward!!! A little hand pops up with a bar across it when I press FF, Stop, Next or anything else.
