Hoping this gets around because I am sold out on weight training now and I believe this article could go a long way in helping those with rheumatoid arthritis. I say out with the old ideas and in with the right stuff! Of course, some of the old ideas are better than the new ones, but the "right stuff" has always worked. It just got shoved back behind the Pill Pusher ads :drinker: :drinker:

I believe it because before I was lifting and then I stop for a few months well during that time my joints in my elbows and knees where in pain from time to time but evenr since I started back in strength training I haven't had that problem and it's been 4 months now. I think it was the start of arthritis for me.0
