Still quitting, but I jumped the gun, screwed up and let a crazy day interfere with my goals. Spent all last night in serious self contemplation and have decided that I need to revamp this weekend, prioritize, organize and refresh. I do not intend to smoke this weekend, but I am setting Monday as official requit day with a lot of fore thought. I really need to have my head in the game on diet, smoking and general fitness. I am not disappointed in my setbacks, just realizing that what I am doing is not working in all three of the areas I am trying to improve. I need to challenge my excuses, find out why I am struggling, have some regroup time and start fresh. So Ill see everyone on Monday with a new take!
