What did you feel good about this week?

This week I STILL didn't get back to logging. My cough is still here so that has wrecked working out and I have let that be an excuse to not log food. Sheesh! However, I am proud of myself that I haven't been eating out. I have been cooking at home and even if I put cheese on things and eat a brownie at least I am not eating fast food! I feel good that for the most part I have been eating good, whole foods. (now if I would just log it!)

i had a pretty decent week. Didn't go over (at all i think) and I got a few miles in.
Not to mention I lost 2.5 lbs since I last weighed.0 -
i went to zumba everyday this week.
and tomorrow i'm going to a zumbafest 2.5 hours worth..instead of the usual 1.
and i ate right.0
