Ab Results - Just finished Week 1

I'm truly hoping and praying that Insanity will give me the abs that I desire. I'm SO tired of the flabbiness. I'm not really concerned about the scale, I just want my abs back. Hopefully, this two months, with cleaner eating and giving it 110%, will give me the results I truly desire because I'm feeling VERY discouraged right now. :sad:

    If you want to focus on major abs...Insanity Cardio Abs is very good.
    If you have P90X ...the Ab Ripper X is awesome too.

    Mix both and you will have the best of the best :)
