I lost weight on the Dukin's Diet a few month back, lost like 7 pounds in 2 and a half week...The seven pounds I had been trying and failing to lose for over a year..

Slipped back into my old eating habits, mainly due to a serious chocolate/biscuit/cake addiction..Only just found this group and the website http://www.lowcarbmegastore.com, has anybody ordered from there before? Any reviews?
I am going to stock up on some low carb desert type items as that's where I usually go wrong..Before I place the the order, what's everyone's opinions on these low carb desert? Is there a catch?

Advice would be appreciated :D

We do have a few UK members here who do order from that website and really enjoyed the products.

Im sure they will be around to post their experiences soon enough.

Personally speaking, I dont order prepackaged foods like this as I prepare everything from scratch at home... too many food sensitivities/allergies..

Hi OP put an emoticon for laugh :D so was a joke.
I am from UK and ordered from lowcarbmegastore they have probably the best selection of the low carb websites in uk. I had a look at avidlite and their delivery might be a little cheaper something that is dependent on what you are ordering. Avidlite do seem to have frequent special offers too.
I do find the websites are understandably expensive as most of the stuff is imported. Therefore use it for the occasional treat. I use carbgenie to find naturally low carb in supermarkets and generic foods.

That's fantastic, cheers for your help. Yeah it was a little expensive but like you say it's expected & if it helps me find a low carb desert which can stop me reaching for the chocolate hobnobs then I'm happy..
