    Howdy y'all :flowerforyou: I'm in Harlan County...southeastern corner of the state. I need a LOT of encouragement. I'm considering surgery...but would much rather do it "the old fashioned way". However, I have 100 + to lose...so that is quite an endeavor.

    Your goal is not unreachable. It will take some hard work and determination. Remember to set smaller goals along the way. Don't look at the full 100...start with a smaller in mind and then work your way up to the 100. Just my suggetion.

    Hidy! I'm in Lexington, originally from Hazard. Looking for help and support. I've 'started' this journey so many times and let myself fall back into my old habits, or just giving up. (When I am 240 pounds and my friends who are 140 are talking about how fat they are, it gets discouraging.....) It's time I start taking care of myself.

    Hello. I'm in the Richmond area. Just moved here last year, but still struggling with our remodeling issues on a farm. Also got lots to learn here regarding just living on a farm. lol. I've really got to get my weight down, but the stress of the move and now with the world events has derailed my motivation again. Looking for others that may need occasional cheer squad assistance. lol
