Location, Location, Location
I'm in South Central KY, Metcalfe County. There are more cows that people and we only have one working traffic light (red, yellow, green) in our whole county. But I love my laid back country living. Where are you from?? Ellen

What's everybodies opinion on having a training partner. For me I flop back and forth on how I feel about them. For weight training I generally prefer going at t alone.
