Haven't seen a thread on here for good blogs/websites. I ran across this one and I think there is alot of good info here. Recipes, Info links, bariatric products to shop for, etc. Just thought I would share.....

    also google "world according to eggface" Shelly has the *best* wls friendly recipes on there. I lived on her baked ricotta while I was int he mushy food stage. I still make it only now I add ground turkey to it. She has tons of great protein shake recipes on there as well. Between eggface and bariatric foodie there are so many great ideas!

    Was roaming around "eggface" today for some recipe ideas and came across this great link for a ton of awesome mini crustless quiche ideas. I think I will be getting ready to trade in my jumbo muffin tins for a mini muffin tin! I love the idea of these and certainly kid friendly as well.
