Hi Everyone, I'm new to the group.

I'm 33 years old, trying to lose another 80 pounds or so and tomorrow I will be doing the second run of week 6 which is to run 10 mins, walk 3 and then run another 10. My biggest accomplishment so far was running for 20 minutes straight last week. I didn't think I could do it but amazingly I made it. After this week it's all long runs right until the end! Definitely intimidating but I know that I can do it. C25k has taught me a lot about self-confidence.

  • Welcome to the group! Sounds like we're at the same place only I'm using a different app so I'm barely doing the 20 min run in W6D3.

    Anyway, I agree with you about the program teaching self-confidence. I love that it slowly builds you up to knowing you CAN do it. :-)
