What are your macros set to?

I figure I'll ask the ladies who have/are aspiring to the same body type as I am as opposed to the general public. I recently changed mine to 50% protein, 35% carb and 15% fat. I'm working with a calorie defecit(500 cal/week) as I have about 20 lbs of fluff to lose--I'm obviously a beginner. I've only been at this less than a week, so I am basically doing a trial/error and seeing how close I can get to these goals--I'm getting better each day, though I have yet to have a day where I hit all my macros, do not go OVER on fat or calories.
Also, I realize I need to avoid sugar, but what about agave nectar and sugar that is naturally in fruit?
I'm not looking to compete, but I have about 6.5 months to get as close to looking like I'm in a bikini competition as possible;-)

You don't need to avoid sugar.
What are you're macros in grams?

When I am cutting, my macros are 70% fats, 20% proteins, 10% carbs
EFAs are necessary for mineral and some vit. absorption, and I notice that my boobage stays on a high fat diet. Tons of energy and fast cut with no appetite at all.0 -

I'd go with around:
P: 130g min
F: 40g min
C: the rest.
Cal target 1600-1900ish depending on current BF% and how much activity.0 -
Thanks so much, Chris.:flowerforyou: My calories are in that range, so I'm set there. Now for my body to acclimate to strength workouts again. At least thanks to MFP peeps I now understand I didn'tgain 1 lb of fat overnight-it was probably my muscles SCREAMING for fluid to help heal0
