I have a suggestion for one day--wrist exercises. It is important to keep those muscles strong for most sports and for every day chores. You can use the things you squeeze or you can use dumbbells and do curls then turn your hand over and do extensions.
Thank you issyfit for this one.

I try to do those every day, with or without dumbbells because of the carpal tunnel I used to have. It works, too. Thanks, californiagirl!0

Thanks for posting it Cali. If you don't have any equipment you can also squeeze a ball.0

You are welcome, Hey this is our group and I welcome suggestions.0 -
I did my wrist curls without any equipment this morning. I just make a loose fist, hold my arms out with palms facing down and bend my wrist up and down 10 times. Then I turn the arm around with palm facing up and bend my wrist up and down. I learned that when I had carpal tunnel syndrome and both wrists were in braces; I learned it again when I was doing rehab for my neck, shoulders and arms after a work injury. It really works.0
