O.k you guys another week down. How did you all do and what are your stats? I did horrible this week only did one day. :sad:

    Weight - 235 + 1 lb
    Measurements - Overall -2 inches.

    Progress: Any days missed & why - No missed days so far, tomorrow will be W4D3

    Anything that Challenged you. How you feel. etc. - Mixture of emotions and problems. I think my HRM is broken and not giving me accurate calories burned. And since I eat back my burned calories that poses a problem. W4D1 I had to stop and stretch 3-4 times during the last 5 minute run, but yesterday I ran through everything and looking forward to completing the week tomorrow. Though the following weeks don't look much better lol. My goal tomorrow is to hit 2 miles on my distance tracking, I'm sitting at 1.97 miles right now from yesterdays run. Scale also keeps going up/down, but as look as my measurements keeps going down I'll stick to what I'm doing, though TOM could play some into it.
