Hi all

I'm meant to be starting week 6 this week, but have already completed two 5K's - Sat 15th Sept 35:13, Sat 22nd Sept 31.59. I've also completed a couple of longer runs around 4.5 miles at a slow pace. Big Question do I complete the C25K programme or move on? I've decided to skip the rest of the C25K & move onto the B210K, but am I ready? Oh well, I will see how I get on & if need be, will just drop back to week 6 of C25K. I couldn't run for 30secs in July & cannot believe I'm now a runner! Anyone can do it, hang in there & keep going, you will make the 5K! :flowerforyou:

:drinker: First I want to say Super Job with all your runs, that's sooo awesome!!! C25K is an Amazing program. :drinker:

Having gone through the whole program and into my 4th week of B210K (Another super awesome program)... I say see the C25K program through to the end. If you feel ready now you will feel way more ready when you are finished. When I saw what was ahead in B210K... I started to use the last few weeks of C25K as a spring board of sorts to get myself ready mentally and physically to run the intervals in B210K. In week 7 of C25K I pushed and challenged myself and ran to 28 mins... week 8 I ran for 30 mins... the first 2 runs in week 9 I went for 35 minutes... then my last run I went all out and went 50 mins. After that I knew I was mentally and physically ready for the B210K program.

If you stay with C25K to the end... just add time to your intervals if you need more of a challenge.

Your doing AWESOME... Keep it up and Congrats to you on your 5K's. Happy Running!!
