Stage 2 & 4 Tried this - OMG the burn!

The Y was super-crowded Saturday morning, and I only had 90 minutes of babysitting, so I had to get through my workout (Stage 4, Workout A) asap. There was nowhere available to set up a step to do the static lunge with rear foot elevated, so I grabbed a BOSU to put my rear foot on, and did it in the middle of the floor. I put the flat side on the floor, ball side up. Let me tell you, the BOSU adds an entirely new level of burn to this exercise. My quads and shins are still on fire today. I think I will continue to do it, as I have worked up to 30 lb dumbells and don't really feel like I can hold more than that. This will be a good way to continue to work my legs without dropping a 35 lb dumbell on my foot!
