My B-Day Treat Recipe

I am making mini-cheesecakes for my hubby's b-day (which is 1 day after mine) and to bring them to work for my b-day, but I can't eat it, so I was feeling a bit sulky. Then, I was chatting about meat with someone and had a Bright Idea that the HUGE treat for me will be lamb!!! It's super-expensive here, my folks don't like it much, I adore it, I have everything for it fresh from the garden (well, not oil and salt), so I am soooo into making it tomorrow as mommy's b-day Special:

And whatever my folks do not eat, I WILL!!!! Gotta buy lamb today. And nail polish. I am not sure why I am obsessed with nail polish all of a sudden. I haven't done my nails for 20 years or so. But okay, a bottle of nail polish every 20 years can go to waste, lol.

Thank you
It's amazing how mood can turn around from sulk to whoo-hoo! I guess it helps that I feel like million bucks today energy wise & everything. Yep, sugar has left the system. Now, to not letting it back in.
