It's rounding out the last week in September! I still have a lot of ground to make up, but I'm determined to DO this!

Update 9/24:

9/23: 2 min - 45 degree bench plank
9/24: 5 min - 1 min each of hands/toes, elbows/toes, left side, right side, reverse

MTD: 40/60

I can't believe it's the last week! I have quite a bit more time to put in! YIKES!

    Yay, I finally got caught up! I'm at 47.5/60 MTD. Keep up the good work everyone!

  • Is anyone doing any other ab exercises? I have other stuff that I do at the same time as my planks that I am not counting.

    I do decline crunches at 30 degrees, decline leg lifts at 30 degrees, decline crunches at 45 degrees, leg lifts on the dip machine, and hanging leg raises.

    1 minute side plank (r)
    1 minute side plank (l)
    2 reverse plank......Not the full 2 minutes but 2 minutes total for both low and reverse plank. sad

    Week # 3 Im slow this week but I got up this morning and banged out 7 minutes!!!!

    9/19 2 minutes low plank ( still not 2 minutes straight)
    1 minute high plank
    4 minutes reverse plank on ball ( these were 2 minutes at a time) YAY!!!

    9/24 5 minutes of various planks. The core dynamics workout I did had tons of plank work in it. Some I dont even know the name. But I timed them and it came out to be 5 minutes.
    9/25 1 min low plank
    1 minute high plank
    2 plank twist.
    9/26 1 min plank push up.
    9/28 7 minutes
    1 minutes plank push up
    2 minutes plank twist
    2 minutes low plank
    2 minutes reverse plank
    9/30
    5 min
    2 min reverse
    2 min high
    1 min low!!! FINISHED!!!!!!11

    OK I also have alot left to go but I will get it done :)

    Today
    Held 2 min high plank
    1 min side plank, 30 seconds each sidee
    1 min reverse plank
    2 min low plank

    6 for today bringing my total to 32/60 :D

    Gosh, I was hoping I would have caught up by now but I haven't, I'm at 32mins. Will really push it to finish this challenge strong.

    My core is letting me know it's there after the planks today, it isn't used to planking every day.... :wink:

  • 60/60 completed today.......yay! I did 10 1 minute planks and 1 2 minute plank this morning. Earlier in the week I did 10 minutes, 3 minutes, 6 minutes not holding for that long but still. Yay. I think these will be a part of my every other day routine:)

    Forgot to report in last night. I did 5 minutes last night holding 2 2 minute high planks and then 1 minute low.
    Today so far I have done 4 minutes. 2 High and 2 low planks nothing to special :P Thus bringing me to 41 minutes all together as of today.

    I am with you jencacoilo I have 12 min left!!
    I only did 1 min yesterday and have done 6 min today, a mix of reverse, high and side. My total is 48/60

    Ok realizing its 12 more I did 2 more just now so tomorrow will be an even 10 and will fix ticker later :)

    I did it!!!! 60/60!!!! I didnt log on here but I logged it on my page. I started out and couldnt even do 30 seconds. My last one to reach 60 was a three minute!!! Whoo hooo! So proud of myself. Good job everyone. That was really fun! (and much harder than one would think. )

    YAY completed did my last 10 min today broke it up of course. 4 min this morning and then 4 min this afternoon followed by 2 min at night :D WTG everyone!!!

    I fell off the wagon during the last week......had 55/60 done in three weeks. BUT, I did the last 5 minutes today. One day late but better than not at all! Whats next???
