It's rounding out the last week in September! I still have a lot of ground to make up, but I'm determined to DO this!

Is anyone doing any other ab exercises? I have other stuff that I do at the same time as my planks that I am not counting.
I do decline crunches at 30 degrees, decline leg lifts at 30 degrees, decline crunches at 45 degrees, leg lifts on the dip machine, and hanging leg raises.0 -

Week # 3 Im slow this week but I got up this morning and banged out 7 minutes!!!!
9/19 2 minutes low plank ( still not 2 minutes straight)
1 minute high plank
4 minutes reverse plank on ball ( these were 2 minutes at a time) YAY!!!
9/24 5 minutes of various planks. The core dynamics workout I did had tons of plank work in it. Some I dont even know the name. But I timed them and it came out to be 5 minutes.

2 plank twist.
9/26 1 min plank push up.
9/28 7 minutes

My core is letting me know it's there after the planks today, it isn't used to planking every day....

60/60 completed today.......yay! I did 10 1 minute planks and 1 2 minute plank this morning. Earlier in the week I did 10 minutes, 3 minutes, 6 minutes not holding for that long but still. Yay. I think these will be a part of my every other day routine:)0

I did it!!!! 60/60!!!! I didnt log on here but I logged it on my page. I started out and couldnt even do 30 seconds. My last one to reach 60 was a three minute!!! Whoo hooo! So proud of myself. Good job everyone. That was really fun! (and much harder than one would think. )0

I fell off the wagon during the last week......had 55/60 done in three weeks. BUT, I did the last 5 minutes today. One day late but better than not at all! Whats next???0
