Just wondering what we all eat - trying to lose weight and look after our hearts etc.
I try and keep cholesterol down. I always have pretty much the same breakfast, oat bran, prunes, flax seeds and oat milk plus any cheap berries like raspberries or blueberries. With a juice as well, that's 3 of 5-a-day right there plus the oat bran is meant to be the best type of oats for cholesterol. Sounds boring but it does the job.

    I am probably the strange one here as I try not eat starches, white sugars, or anything high in carbs. I love sushi and am learning to eat it without the rice and in salad form. I eat alot of salds and veggies and try to get my proteins in. When I had my first MI I was on the South Beach diet and was told by my Cardiologist that it was a heart smart diet. So now I follow those guidelines.
