Day 1 - 10 squats Done Sept 24th
I've decided to do the challenge as originally posted because we're going to be doing a lot of squats by the end of the 30 days.
I may do another round myself after we complete this one, and add weights then.
Great idea for a challenge: Easy enough when we begin, and then building at a nice clip. I like this. Now let's see how long I last.0 -
