activity level question...any teachers out there?

Last week I was eating at TDEE to keep my metabolism going. And I lost weight. Not a whole pound, but still, .8. I put my activity level at 1-3 hours of light exercise since I can't run due to an injury. I didn't go over 3 hours of light exercise of walking and pilates or yoga. In fact, I think I only got to about 2 hours last week. So this is what I'm wondering, over the summer, I was right on target and this system worked. However as of a month ago, I'm back to work as a teacher and walking a lot more during the day than I was when I was home with my daughter during the summer. So I'm wondering if because of being more active at work...by simply walking more...do I need to take that into consideration and up my activity level to 3-5 hours a week?

Now don't get me wrong...I'm not upset that I lost, but you know, just trying to stick to this plan of eating more to keep my body in check. (I just changed my diary to reflect a 15% cut this week so you won't get to see accurately if you check my diary last week, but I had it set at 2000 calories)

I'm also wondering if since I've been doing EM2WL for 4 months if I've just successfully boosted my metabolism, which is why I still saw a bit of a loss last week. Has this happened to anyone else?

Any other teachers out there that can share their experiences as well? Thanks for all your insight on this :)

Again, I'm not complaining. I love seeing and feeling my body adjusting and loving this whole EM2WL thing :)

I'm not a teacher, but I am a stay-at-home mom who never sits. I have found that I burn around 2200 to 2300 calories on my non-active days if i'm walking around most of the day (walking along the kids, but not doing anything else). If you are on your feet most of the day walking around the class, you might be burning around the same.
