I wrote about it in my blog... (If anyone is interested: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/AmandaTWaH )

I did my first day today and it was pretty awesome but also a little disappointing. The first 60 second run went by so fast! But after that I was so tired and the balls of my feet were aching. I had to stop 2/3 of the way through.

I'm going to try my best not to let it get me down and just push harder on Wednesday.

Is it normal to carry a water bottle in case you get thirsty during a run? I didn't because it was only 30 minutes but I was so thirsty by the time I finished.

Great job! You can certainly carry a water bottle if it's within your comfort level. I used to run around a big block, and I would set my water bottle on one of the corners so I could get a drink on my way by.

Keep at it! You'll get it!

I invested in a running belt which has a little pocket for keys & a couple of small holders with 300ml water bottles - a very worthwhile investment too, now don't go running without it. I was using a small shop bought 500ml bottle to carry before I got the belt, so that is an option to get you started. I did find I have to make sure I walk when drinking to start with otherwise I got rather messy! You've done really well in making a start, now you will improve each time you go out as your body adjusts to the exercise, well done :)
