So, I have my videos and my adjustable dumbells should be arriving today. How did you all decide which weight to start out with for each exercise? I have printed the log sheets, so I plan to use those to document what I did and whether I should go higher or lower; however, I'm not sure where to start! I was thinking of taking the weights I used for JM Body Revolution and trying to translate them over to Chalean Extreme, although JM does a higher number of reps. So, perhaps I should go up a bit from those?

Read the book, do the fit test, that will give you an idea where to start. I will need to buy more weights as I will quickly grow out of my 10's and 20's.0
