I feel a little pathetic because I started C25K (for the umpteenth time) in April. Ups and downs and travels through the summer didn't derail me, and I ran my last 30 minute run today!
Still not at 5k. This is the first time I've used a phone app and it's awesome. I had it set to "timed" mode and I think I'm going to re-do the last two weeks in "distance" mode to get up to 5k for reals.
Next challenge - to keep this up through the winter!!
