    Amen! I cannot believe I've almost finished this program start to finish! LOVE IT! Anyone else hurt a lot this week? I guess this could be a good thing...LOL! No pain, no gain...

    Trying to figure out what to do after this. I don't want to lose what muscle I've gained through this process. May do a 30 day shred and then repeat this again...not sure.

    Yes. Muscles are sore this week!! LOL dont know why they should be, unless its finally getting them to work properly.:laugh: Looking forward to changing it up though.I'm going to start NROLFW and will definitly do the Ab ripper and the core synergistics weekly from here on.I will try and repeat the P90x in January.
    Well done to the finishers.I am so proud of you.

    Well I did the Cardio today and added in Ab Ripper X to make up for missing the ab section in the YOGA during the week.

    Well I finished today and went out on a high literally!! Climbed our local mountain here,after a walk on the beach.2000ft. I didn't find it difficult at all and look forward to doing some more outdoor activities.Burned 500 cals.Nice finish to P90X
    Missing it already.LOL
    I'll post stats tomorrow after weigh and measure.

    Congrats Fizzy, I certainly won't miss these long hr plus workouts that go so boring over time. I'll post stats tomorrow aswell.

    I want to try Ripped in 30 and insanity next, after another round of the 30 Day Shred.
    I plan in incorporating the P90X workouts eventually, but have no plans to attempt it for 90 days.
