I had every intention of starting this challenge with you all and honestly, first day-by the time I got home from work-I totally forgot about it! (duh!!)
Yesterday, I ended up at the ER with hubby for kidney stone and just plain got lazy and didn't do it last night.
SOOOO today is a new day and will be my day 1! Looks like you are all off to a great start!! Whooo hooooo!!!:happy:

I started yesterday morning, walked over 2 miles last night under 30 miuntes.... This morning I can't move! So I skipped today, but going to try to go to Curves after work (I only have a week and a half left of my free 30 days!) and back to 30DS tomorrow morning... Is it really supposed to be done EVERYDAY???0

Thanks to Amazon, yesterday was my day 1, how are you feeling today? I have a few achy bits (bum, calfs and shoulders mostly) somehow I was expecting to feel worse - I will probably seize up at my desk this morning though!!0

Well I assume to get THE results JM talks about, yes probably best to do everyday but no one can convince me if I did it 3 times a week along with my 2 mile walks 5 days a week I wouldn't see any results. I have LOTS and LOTS to lose so of course I am not going to see anything "chisled" on my body in 30 days, okay maybe a TOE but seriously, for me, this isn't about getting the maximum possible effects in 30 days, but more of something I can add to what I am already doing.0 -
