Oh, and I haven't died yet. :laugh: I'm still slow as mollasses, but it's still technically a jog. :yawn: Guess I'll work on speed later?? :ohwell:

    Congratulations, a great achievement, well done. You will be fine for week 8.

    Definitely stick at your 'mollasses' pace, the more distance you do over time through the 5k programme & beyond, the more strength & stamina you will build & your pace will naturally (all be it slowly) increase. There is always options further down the line to target speed if that is your goal, or just let it progress as you go!

    You have done so well! Being scared of next week... That never changes!

    Are you considering B210K when you graduate? I downloaded it, and it doesn't look all that bad.

    Let us both hope that pace will come with time and experience!
