Hey guys!

I have to join in! Done slacking with my diet after my unintentional 2 months 'bulk'. Since last october I have already dropped 50smth pounds, but there's still lots of room for improvement. :laugh:

As far as my workouts go.. I recently started SL 5x5 but I need more variety. So I'm back to the 3 day split I have been doing before. Cardio? Blergh. Sometimes I can force myself to go run. Other than that I like doing bbell complexes every now and then. I eat ~1700-1900 cals, carb cycling atm, 40P/20F.


5'8"/172cm
64.1kg/141.3lbs (9/22/2012)
BF approx 22-25% according to a few calcs but who knows how accurate they are
Waist - 25.4
Hips - 35.4
Thighs - 23
Biceps - 11.6

- Dbell Lat raises
- Bbell front raises
- Bbell upright rows
- Reverse flyes
