    I stacked my 25 squats on to the end of my 30DS as usual. So far, so good! I can handle these.

    Let's see what happens when I get to 80+. ha!

    I think I posted this in the other thread but it bears repeating.:smile: Especially as my hamstring on the left leg is aching from my lower body strength training on Monday, so I'm please with myself that I still did my squats.
