Is 2400 a lot?? Help!

I eat 2400 cals a day!!! Heathy food that is!! My question is: is 2400 too much or not??

I workout 5 days a week for 60 mins!!

    Are you trying to lose weight, maintain it, or gain?

    You can calculate your TDEE and BMR values here. Without knowing your age, I cant say where your numbers lie, but this will help you find out more

    OK, so plugging in your numbers in the site I mentioned above, you are eating at TDEE, which means maintenance, so yes, you are eating too much in order to lose weight.

    Your BMR is 1425
    Your TDEE is 2458 and your 15% cut is 1966.

    So if you wanted to lose weight with a healthy calorie deficit, drop down to about 1950-2000 cals.
