Oh my goodness, What shall we do today? I think maybe some more punches? Straight out and the upper cuts? Let's do 10 of each? Then we can also do a runner's stretch. Put your hands up on a door, straight out in front, then stretch one leg out behind you to really stretch it. Stay for a few seconds, then bring it up by the door and do the other leg. If you can do these with out using the door, that is ok too.
