Welcome folks to the 90 Days of Will Challenge!!!!

Lets start things off easy....

Today... with each decision, simply ask yourself. Will this move me closer to my goal or further away..... It is that simple....Its a yes or no. If it is yes, eat it, enjoy, it, savor it!! If it is no... drop it likes its hot! :wink:

  • Well, I've got chicken breasts wrapped in bacon for lunch. A can of tuna and two bananas. I had two scrambled egg whites and two scrambled whole eggs for breakfast. That, and an assload of water, will tie me over until dinner.

    good job guys.

    my lunch is half cup of rice pasta, tilapia and green beans. oooo yum!!!! lol

    im actually trying out a vegan restaurant with my wife tonight - so not sure the cals, but will be healthy!! hopefully they have some cals posted on the menus or online.

    lets GET IT!

    Breakfast, McCann's Irish Oatmeal, mixed berries & walnuts
    Lunch, French onion soup, salad with balsamic
    Dinner, Tilapia, mashed potatoes, peas

    Snack, thus far, orange

    I am doing ok today.. hitting the water hard and will be closing down on 1 gallon before i leave work at 5

    Breakfast: McCann's irish Oatmeal with brown sugar and coffee
    Lunch: 1/2 a sweet potato, carrots, tomatoes, and cottage cheese
    Dinner: some crock pot concoction that i created last night - chicken breast, onion, whole tomato, and sauce...

    my name is april and im a food addict.

    no really. i do well most days, but some jsut kick my *kitten*.

    today, workout with protein shake and banana. gave in to peanut butter for bkfst. eggs and chicken for snack 1, chicken/ brocc for lunch, yogurt/peach for snack 2, and grilled chicken, sw. potatoes and some sort of veggie that i wil have to find.

    woot. no rummaging tonight. thats my promise.
