i did this today at 730 am, my daughter did this .she did her first 5k about 2 week ago .i runwhen i was inmy 20 s now im 58 im going to do this. I need a support group

    I'm in Week4. I'm 44, and had never run a day in my life before this. I LOOOOOVE to run, that's all I can say. :)
