A few people have asked how things will be tracked. It is great to see progress over time and be reminded of how little changes can make a HUGE difference.

My start weight is really scarey to me.... And its funny.. I feel like if I tell too many people, or celebrate it too much, that I will scare it away!!!

Ok Folks... Take a BIG DEEP BREATH!! :flowerforyou: this is the beginning of a great commitment... Just think about how great it will be to look back is 44 days (half way) and 89 days and see all of the changes and progress!!!0

SW252lbs as of yesterday 9/27...250 is the average of my yoyoing this past year...time to make that change!

almost one week in: 240.2
