HOW I AM DOING ON THE TENANTS.. UPDATE.
1. Exercise six days a week the rest of your life - YES, DOING IT FAITHFULLY. AROUND 5K IN CALORIES BURNED EVERY WEEK. LOST 21 POUNDS IN 4 MONTHS. SLOW STEADY PROGRESS. WOULD LIKE TO BE LOSING IT FASTER THOUGH.
2. Do serious aerobic exercise four days a week for the rest of your life. - SAME AS #1
3. Do serious strength training, with weights, two days a week the rest of your life. - JUST STARTED THIS LAST WEEK. QUITE SORE TODAY, A GOOD SORE.
4. Spend less than you make. -YES
5. Quit eating crap. - I'VE CUT DOWN HERE A LOT, BUT STILL EATING SOME CRAP. I USED TO EAT A LOT OF CHIPS ALMOST EVERY DAY HAD SOME. NOW I HAVE SOME ONCE A WEEK. PRETTY GOOD I THINK. EATING SMALLER MEALS NOW AND WATCHING PORTIONS. CUT ALMOST ALL SUGAR. AFTERNOONS AND LATE NIGHT ARE STILL MY TOUGH TIMES. KEEPING IT UNDER 2000 CALORIES/DAY AND DOING 1 HR EXERCISE PER WEEK I COULD BE LOSING 3 POUNDS/WEEK. BUT ITS THE EVENINGS AND AFTERNOONS KILLING ME.
6. Care. - TAKING CARE OF MY FAMILY AND BUSY WITH BIZ, BUT I CARE A LOT ABOUT MY CUSTOMERS AND GIVING GOOD SERVICE, SO THAT IS SOMETHING. MADE A LIST OF THINGS TO DO SO THAT I CAN CONTRIBUTE. HAVING SOME BIZ PROBLEMS AND FOCUSED NOW ON WORKING ON THAT.
7. Connect and Commit. - CONNECTED. BUT LIKE TO BE DOING BETTER HERE. AGAIN. I THINK THIS QUESTION IS MORE GEARED TOWARD PEOPLE WHO HAVE RETIRED AND SOMETIMES GET VERY ISOLATED.
