can I do 4 workouts a week instead of 3?

    no,not recommended (see page 125-126), your body doesn't have proper time to recover~

    I know,I read that...I just feel like my workouts are nothing campsites to what I used to do..?

    Add weight to your lifts (or height to your steps), until it's HARD. :-)
