Well.....today is day 3. I haven't done workout 3 just yet. I will when the kids are done with their school work. So far I'm super sore and like it. I'm so excited to see the changes to come. Endurance wise and Physical. Has anyone else started recently?

I started about 5 or 6 days ago. On my first rest day today. I found it hard on the legs - calves and quads took a pounding (mainly because the MC doesn't have you stretch them out enough). Hammy has been fine since he focuses on those stretches. I suggest that anyone doing this program for the first time needs to add calf and quad stretches before and after.
I'm enjoying it ... not the best workout I've ever done, but it's very challenging. I definitely feel the burn.
Results are starting to show ... though I find that my weight loss pace has halted. I guess my body has said WTF and decided to store more food to account for the increase in activity. I fully suspect that in a week or so my body will say, "OK, got it, time to shed some more pounds."

Good luck (to both of us).0 -
Hey there! I started Tuesday as well! Did workout #3 yesterday after work. I feel like it was the calm before the storm since today we have Cardio Power Endurance (or something like that) today, and I feel like this one is going to be a challenge! I'm going to send you a friend request so we can keep track together! Good luck!0

I started Tuesday too. I am doing it every other day. On opposing days I am doing C25k and weights.0

nd I have also noticed an increase in the scale. It's just water retention from sore muscles and them trying to repair...and a whole other scientific explaination that I won't type out lol. Just trying to remind myself that it's normal....tough to be attached to the scale though.0
