I just wanted to create a group , I'm not sure I have much worth sharing but if someone happens to end up in here, than I guess ttell the rest of us ( pretty much just me at thIs point) what makes you tick , what makes you pissed off and share some of your health journey stories.

    allrighty!!! I am in!!!, I am not 50, BUT my hubby is over 50, so we will count that, seeing as i am living that kind of lifestyle! I am from ALLISTON but moved north, love it here!

    I am over 50 but south of Gta so I will hid under a bush and maybe you wont notice.
