Whatcha all doing for the weekend??? We are closing the pool up, always sad when we do that, Summer is over. We have had 2 bad frosts this week too! Gearing up for yummy turkey,,,, have to workout extra hard this weekend and next week!

and hopefully you will all say now,, nothing, i am fine and perfect,,,, or not....ha ha,,,besides the grey hair, or no hair,,,,sleep seems to be my problem,,,,, and i need sleep to function, i hear peoples knees become a problem,, i hope that does not happen for me,,,

hmm, this is tough for me, i like to switch it and change it up daily,,,my username kangoojumps,,,, well i bought a pair and LOVE THEM!, they are better on your joints, so i run with them at least a hour a day.They really are good for us older people, BUY A PAIR!, i cycle, swim, fast walk, run,, i am not a weight lift…
