    I will pass on the Metamucil.
    I personally have had a great week. Lost 3lbs.
    Read the new book by M C Beaton. Tried the new on by JK Rowling didnt like it.
    Work went well and am looking forward to a nice weekend.
    Now for an evening with the exercise bike.
