Ok pals, what shall we do? I think maybe some crunches today? They are good for us, and I can't remember when we did them last. so hows about it? Crunches it is then!

    They don't have to be real crunches. Just lift your shoulders up off the floor some and hold for a second or two then back down.

    Of course! I do remember reading somewhere that crunches is one of the few resistance exercises you can do daily, don't need the 48 hr. recovery period.
