I had to push my 30DS workout til tonight instead of before work this morning.. I *hate* working out at night after work. I feel so gross and want to shower.. but I will be up again in 6-8 hours and do tomorrow's workout and shower again then. bleh..
Sorry tangent there lol.
Day 5 - 3 sets of 10 squats, done. Only a few seconds pause between them but I really needed it since I did it right after 30DS, Lev3, Day 8 lol.0 -
