I am probably the biggest idiot when it comes to this stuff, but i would really like to work with someone to help me figure out my life.

I have two very different lifestyles, half a month i am pretty much sedentary and the other i am active. MFP has me set at 1500 and i have a fitbit and a scale from fitbit and measuring tapes and everything and yet i dont feel secure in my own numbers, its causing emotional ups and downs, but mostly downs.. ive lost so much motivation from it, and i dont want to lose anymore. hoping someone can help me.

    Is there any way you can even out the month by adding in some more activity on the sedentary half? That would make it easier for you to have some consistency.
